Lake Placid Online Farmer's Market:  May Market date change

Hi everyone,

I hope you are well!

Unfortunately, I am being sent out of town for a conference last-minute, so I will have to change the dates. Ordering will begin Friday May 11, and will stay open until 10 pm on Monday May 14. Pickup will be Wednesday May 16.

This will most likely be our last market for the summer, so it’s a good time to stock up. If anything changes, we will let you know.

I hope to see you…please email with any questions!

Best,
Christie

Miami County Locally Grown:  We're OPEN with new winners and new products!

And our newest winners for April (since somehow the month snuck right by me!)…
the $10 market Gift Certificates go to…

Susan Anderson, the April Refer-A-Friend Winner!

And Craig Hughes of Tin Roof Mobile Food for our Vendor Appreciation gift! Week in and week out, he’s volunteering himself to clean, pitch in, and help out regardless of how many other things should be demanding his attention on the farm. From the very beginning Craig has been a great believer in and supporter of this market – thank you!

I am so happy to share that we have more produce! Asparagus, rhubarb, lettuces… and more will be added all the time!

Can you believe Davidson Family Growers plans to have tomatoes available in the next few weeks?!

And Becky’s Buckeye Naturals has three new products debuting tonight – Laundry Butter (made with Lard from fellow vendor Phil and Matt Buehler Farms!), Beard Oil, and Beard Balm!! The best endorsement I can give the Laundry Butter? It cleaned our cloth diapers and ALL our farm funkiness! And even better – a little goes a long way – Awesome!!

Happy Shopping :-)
