Rainbow Hill Farm: Welcome Back!!
Back with our Delicious Apples!
This week Ginger Gold; a green to yellow sweet apple with some tartness, crisp and juicy. Also Ozark Gold; Has Golden Delicious in its breeding. Flavor is more tart.

Thweatt Things:
School is back in session and I’ve been sewing! There is a new category under crafts labeled Knot Bags and I’ve got several to choose from.

These bags are so handy for a variety of uses: use them as a cute purse or project bags (knitting or embroidery), library books, produce from the market. Anything you need to carry in style! There are 3 sizes and I will be adding more as I finish them up. Also, I’ve got bowl and plate cozies back in stock along with my newest addition, ice cream cozies. These cute little cozies will keep your pint of ice cream cold and your hands comfortable. And don’t forget to check out my gardening aprons. Great gift for a gardening friend or for yourself. These have multi-uses as well. The huge pockets can carry whatever you need as you move around. Thanks for checking out my goods. I so look forward to sewing more as Fall approaches.

Sow’s Ear Piggery:
NEW PORK PRODUCTS from Sow’s Ear Piggery: Bratwurst links, Kielbasa coils, bulk Italian sausage….more to come!!

Valentine Family Farm:
We have a new item – Lacto-Fermented Pickles. Pickle Chips coming soon

Bean Man:
Our beans are running out from last year’s harvest and we greatly appreciate your support. This week, the Pintos and Pinto Bean Flour are available.

We do have our full selection of Gluten Free Flours, Ready to Mix Products, Scottish Oatmeals and Spices for you to choose from.

Flying S Farms:
This week our Chickens have gone on STRIKE! Demanding cooler weather conditions!

We have several different Melons available this week: Honeydew, Watermelon and a new one – Canary Melon – deliciously sweet, Zucchini, also have large Zucchini that is delicious cut in flat half and put on your grill or frying and baking or making Zucchini Pancakes! also Yellow Straight Neck Squash, Scallop Squash, Cucumbers, Onions, Bi-color Corn Peaches and Cream, Tomatos, Fresh cut Lemon Balm, Baked goods have returned, Sweet Breads, Bars, Sour Dough Breads, Biscuits…on and on! Get your baked items this week, kitchen will be closed next week for a brief break.


PLEASE READ THIS….If you CAN NOT pick up by 6:15pm, please let us know, we can make your orders available with Quinn’s Mercantile so you can stop by and pick them up. If we are NOT notified, your order will be donated and you will be invoiced for the amount of your order. We still need to pay our Growers for their products.

UPDATE CONCERNING OUR DELIVERY SERVICE:
We offer Delivery for $10 within a 10 mile radius of Murfreesboro, outside areas additional $1.00 per mile is added. If this is the first time you’ve requested delivery please put your address in the comments before you check out and any special instructions. An Invoice will be emailed to you that includes a $1.00 Invoice fee after your order is Delivered. Again, please make sure your email and address is current.

There is an additional $5.00 fee added if Delivery is requested AFTER MARKET HAS CLOSED ON MONDAY EVENING. This fee is so we can make arrangements with our Delivery Staff to prepare your order to be delivery.

The Market methods of Payment is Cash, Checks or Credit/Debit Cards, Invoice ($1.00 fee). Reminder, please make sure your email and address is current.

AUNT SUSIE’S GRANOLA is back this week.

LOCAL PEACHES: Yellow peaches from 2 growers, white peaches (last week for these) and yellow nectarines.

Good selection of vegies. Be sure you check back. Our growers may be adding additional items later in the ordering period.

Special dietary needs? Check out our gluten free and vegan bakery goods plus items from our local seitan maker. We speak from personal experience that all of these items are delicious and would please anyone no matter what their dietary needs are.

Local eggs available. Honey available. Meats available (including lamb, pork and chicken). Check out local jams, locally roasted coffee and local kombucha as well as mushrooms. Fresh tamales are also back this week! These are delivered warm on Thursday just before pickup, so if you don’t feel like cooking on Thursday this is one option. They will also keep fine in your frig until you are ready for them.

All of our bakers have GREAT variety right now—including sweet treats, cookies, pastries, breads and other goodies.

And don’t forget about our craft folks who sell online. Cards, leather goods, art prints, and more.

SHOPPING TIP: On large categories such as baked goods, meats or vegetables, click on the category to get a drop down of specific items in that category.

HOW TO CHECK ITEMS FROM A PARTICULAR SELLER? Scroll down on left side until you see “show specific growers”. If all the boxes are checked, you can click on “reverse all” then click the boxes on or off of those sellers you want to see. Then click “show specific growers” again.

BUYING TIP: If you see items that you want but not much available, order and pay and then log back in and continue shopping. Your orders will be combined and you will only be charged once.

DELIVERY OPTION IS AVAILABLE FOR FAYETTEVILLE ZIP CODES BUT MUST BE REQUESTED WHEN YOU ORDER OR NO LATER THAN THURS 9 AM.

SENIOR COUPONS: can be used and matched online. Before you order, please reply to this email to let us know you want to do this.

SNAP CUSTOMERS ONLY: you may choose pay at pickup and bring your EBT card on Thursday. We will swipe your card and match up to $50 of your order. NOTE: please do not bring tokens or match cards to pickup at the online market.

NOTE: New customers and orders always welcome—no minimum order required, no weekly order required.

TIPS:

1) Sellers sometimes add more products later in the ordering period, so be sure to check back. The product list changes each week, even from the same seller, so it’s worth exploring the categories you are interested in.

2) Multiple orders from you at different times will be combined into one order before pickup and you will only be charged once.

PICKUP LOCATION:
The OUTDOOR parking area at the south end of the new part of the Fayetteville Public Library. Follow the line of cars towards the building and stay in your car in line while we get your order.

Get a great pot roast from Bluff Top or R&D farms, steaks from Holland Family Farms, R&D, Bluff Top or Michael’s Garden. R&D has specialty ground beef, skirt steak, short ribs, stew meat, fillets, steak tips, brisket, fajita meat and flank steak. Hoien has bratwurst, hamburger patties, chorizo, Polish sausage and Italian ground beef available. Get a delicious pork roast from Bluff Top, too!

I don’t think we have any new items on the market this week, but I may have missed some, so you might want to check the whole list. I’m going to spotlight a few items that I haven’t had in the newsletter for a while.
